- 4-21-25 minutes accepted
- 4-18-25 through 5-2-25 purchase orders, bills and DOPs accepted
- Resolutions presented and accepted included hiring two part-time police officers; accepting a police body armor state grant in the amount of $6,442.50 and an Ohio Commission on Fatherhood grant in the amount of $3,000.00; creating a Police Canine Fund; and allowing the collection of fees up to $75.00 an hour capped at $750.00 for public records request of body worn and dash camera police footage.
- Cole reported the village is partnering with Springfield Township on the purchase of sonic transducers to aid in the clean-up of Springfield Lake. He implored the public to stop vandalizing equipment, signs, trees and other assets in the village. There was discussion of more security cameras and prosecution of vandals.

- June 28 Fishing Derby
- On June 21, safety services will partner with parks to use the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood Grant for a Father’s Day event. The theme is bike repair, with the goal of safe bikes for kids to get to and from the park this summer for free lunches and other programs. Volunteers and sponsors may contact Coontz. She is hoping to have a few new bikes for giveaway at the event.
- A reminder not to rake leaves into the roadways.
- The Lakemore food bank will be from 4:30-6 p.m. May 28 at Lakemore UMC.
- Road construction is going well despite some water and gas line breaks.
- Fiber is still out and being worked on in the utility right away. The contractor will restore the disturbed areas when the work is completed. Any questions, call Sayers at the village office.
